Okay, everyone talks about passin admissions and all that. Well me being lazy and not aware of any top that went over this, is there a website that just puts up what lvls your allowed to go to. Because here in New Mexico, with all the ghetto cars, I wouldnt be suprised if ours was really easy to pass. Thanks

First off, it's EMISSIONS.  Admission is the price you pay at a movie theatre.
Have you checked out your state's website?  Most states have them, and I would assume that any emissions regulations would be posted, so people thinking on moving there would know what to expect.
