....the suspension and steering feel tighter on my wifes 2000 focus zx3, then on my 96 se with brand new agx and h&r springs.  Hmmmmmm!

How much do you all think I could ask for a 96 se with full exhaust, headers, intake, agx, h&r springs, a second exhaust to go with it, 80k miles and one small dent on the drivers side door?

I'm gonna say new/ better bushings would help.

yep, check your tc rod bushings.  they're the #1 cause of loose steering for the 240SX.
