I was going to adjust my front shocks and noticed the dial doesn't spring back up like the other one. any idea's why? I know it came off when I installed them but didn't notice anything wrong at the time. Is there a spring in there that fell out or something? ( I saw a post like this awhile back but could't find it)

Also I was confused about something. What happens if for instance you are on setting 4 and you just turn it the one click to setting 1 instead of going backwards: 3, 2 and then 1? I've always thought you had to go backwards or you'd mess up the settings but I'm thinking now that I may have been wrong.

Thanks,
Garrett

I don't know why your button doesn't come back up but you can go from 4 to 1 or 1 to 4 its ok doesn't matter.

Hey, yeah there is a very tiny spring in the whole which the plastic peice goes into. I had to replace mine cause it was a default from the company, but if you call them up I believe you can get a replacement for free, mine was.
