Thanks to everyone who replyed to the last post. It turns out it wasnt my maf or spark plugs, i peplaced those and nothing improved, so i searched for a boost leak. Turns out my turbo elbow was bolted on by one bolt and i could move the whole elbow a substantial amount side to side. The one bolt holding the elbow was only screwed in half way and there was only one courner of the gasket left. Now its tight and running fantastic and nice and fast! Thanks everyone.
