clutch help anyone! please!!

i just bought an exedy stage 1 clutch and the teeth on the clutch disc broke, my mechanic said it was a defect in the metal cus it wasnt in for more than like 2 months tops and wen he took it out the thing looked brand new but the metal was just flaked off..

everyone i PM about selling me a replacement clutch disc says exedy doesnt sell it seperate..

does anyone know if the act clutch disc will work for it or where i can get a replacement disc??

i have a 1993 240sx with a ka24de motor.. please help im stressin

Typically you can mix and match any disc to any pressure plate, you just want them to have a similar rating.

technically any disc would work. as long as its has similer diameter, thickness, and more or less same power rating. (obviously). dont stress it. you shouldnt have any issues.

How did it break? Did you hang the input shaft on the teeth?

idk how it broke it was working for about 2 months topps, didnt put that many miles on it. my mechanic said that it was a defect in the metal
