Hey guys i got my car towed today and i didnt get any notice or anything stating that my car is in danger of being towed. It was sitting on the street for 3 months and someone complained but that is not why the code enforcement dude said he towed it. He said my car is a hazard because it was missing interior pieces and that he doesnt need a warning label. I did get my car back from the tow yard, but can i fight this and get my money back? And if i can how do i fight this? Do i have to go to court? This is some bullshit because it was sitting fine but since my car is "missing more than one component" its dubbed as hazardous and they had to tow it away no matter what anyone said or did.
