Can the vacum gallery o a ka24de be removed/installed without removing the intake manifold while the engine is in the car ?

The lines under the intake manifold....no.

It's a convoluted mess of hard lines attached to rubber lines...bolted to the intake manifold in several places.

You'll need the IM off the car.
