Red face What should I check for ???? pleaze help

hello peeps ...... I'm trying to purchase my first S13 coupe and i have few questions ... okay found this car and the owner says he bought the car back in 2000 and it was running when he got it and was planning to turn it in to a project car but never got to it and the car is been sitting in his garage for 8years straight ... its a stock 89 SE coupe with 121 original miles. he said he haven't cranked it so he does not know if it still runs but he said that as far as he knows there are no mechanical problem with the motor except he said that all the fluids need to be changed and it needs new battery (of-course lol). I'm going to look at the car tomorrow to check it out but i just wanted to get some pointers from fellow members here .... I'm a kinda like noob about this things and i just want to be safe and not get fucked over by purchasing a car that might lead to major problems .... everyting else like title and vin history is good just want to know what i should look for when i got to check it out I'm really want to get this coupe so please any help would be appreciated

thanks guys ......

Rust on typical spots. Frame rails, under battery, wheel wells. Look for any indication of flud leaking.

Shit like this scares me, do a compression test when you drop by next time.

Shoot 121 miles, awesome. Get it! Other than compression test and rust spots man you're good to go. Also look for any rat droppings they tend to chew through wires and stuff and might short your car and its rough finding hidden chewed up wires. Check because its been in a garage for 8 years.

i thought he meant 121,000 miles.

anyway, shit needs fixing right off the bat

-drain old gas.
-oil seals dry out when car is not run. its been sitting since 2008. you will most likely get oil leaks up the ass if you get it up and running.
-will probably need sohc chain job in the near future

on top of that you can't even do a basic test drive to see what else could possibly be fucked up. don't pay more than whatever a non running coupe is worth down there. and don't put yourself in a position where you have to rely on this car.

if you don't know cars and actually want to drive something, get a dohc coupe that's been driven regularly.
