Any advice for someone wanting to get into MMA?
Hey what's up, my name's Noah, I'm 19, in not so great shape but not fat or anything just a tiny gut. I'm really wanting to pursue MMA. I was just wondering if any had any insight about the sport and training for the sport. Anything help at all would be straight thanks guys.
