i saw a 240sx that had only the rear corner lights and the trunk lid where the lights were was like a panel with the white rectangle lights in it but it .. (refer to this pic to see what im talking about   http://www.visracing.com/bodykits/ni...x/technor.html   ) do any of you know where i can get this ?

It looks like all he did was paint the middle part of the tail light section the same color as his car, but leaving the back-up lights clear.  It's dark outside right now, so I can't go and check to see if his tail lights are the same, but they look like it.  I don't think it's a kit that he bought.

SEChick is right.  I've seen lots of pictures of this - people tape the reverse lights and shoot the plastic.  I also know that at least one of the four or so people I heard doing this bought a new center section to go back to stock - it's not cheap.

how well does the paint stay on there?. i have a backup set of tails... so i want to do this, i just don't how well the paint would stick....

might want to look into this as an option or use the same technique so to speak to do that to your tails for that part.

its just plastic.....paint will stick fine IF prepped properly! if ur gonna get a body shop to do it they should know exactly what to do. looks great!
