Ok its NOT by the clutch, I just thought that's where I was hearing it from. It's by the intake box. Just got done putting in a complete powertrain system in a 89 240sx. did a dohc swap. I'm having some electrical problem now though. When I go to turn over the motor, I get a clicking sound coming from the fuse box by the intake box. It's not continuous, just every time I turn the key, I hear a click.

same thing happened to me, I forgot to ground the starter.
