Talk to MotoRex. Do a google search for their website. As far as I know, they haven't done the crash testing to make an s15 street legal.
You could import one thru just about anywhere that gets engines if you want it as a racecar, but you're gonna pay through the nose.

Whatever it costs to crash test a few cars, plus the necessary safety modifications so that the car meets NHTSA standards, plus the cost of having the engines tested for the EPA and CARB, plus the cost of converting the engine to OBD2.

In other words, a lot.

more than an ave joe can afford. like Jeff stated, anybody that imports engines can imports cars. a local shop near me that imports engine has a WRX STi and a S15 side by side. but of course ur gonna have to label it as a off road use car.
