SR Hesitation when fans are on

I have this bad hesitation, like the motor doesnt want to go, like somthing is holding it back, until 2400 rpm. Ive checked everything and ecu throws no codes. Now on the way to work my fans shut off. This happewns ometimes because the realy is going bad so I have to pound it and it kicks over.

I noticed the car was running really smooth, and felt a bit faster, ands it pulled harder. So when I kicked the fans over, it hestated again. Then, on the way home, they shut off again. I thought man its running good now wtf. And noticed the temp was creeping up, so I turned them on again, thus producing crap. How would the fans affect my motor so harshly? It has to have somthing to do with it, I just cant figure out how.

grounding issue? The fans suck a shitload of amperage...

If you have a problem with the relay, i wouldnt be surprised if thats part of the problem...

I run altima fans on stock sr alternator. I don't have that problem, but I also run a red top optima battery & upgraded wiring. Tho I also have over 2000watts of audio shit too.

I have dual flexalites. I also have a ka alternator that i put on like 2 years ago, off a 95-96 ka, so I didnt think it would be that. Although, I wondered that today once the fan thing cought my attention. I am going to go over my wiring, and get my alt tested tomorow. Thos are simple things to check. Any ideas are appreciated, this problem scares me it may turn worse if its not fixed.

Battery in the trunk.
0 gauge from trunk to front, where all the stock & modified stuff connects to. Used a home depot home wiring block to wire everything up. Kinda ghetto, but real easy to make changes.
0 gauge ground in the trunk area.
