Greddy and HKS all use the same cooling setup, and a very similar core, based on a lot of people's notes. They will all flow about the same ammount of air, with about the same ammount of pressure loss.
So, from there, you are left with size as the sole determinant of power levels. The larger the core, the more power it will allow, at the expense of turbo lag.
You could also get a Spearco core. They use a more efficient bar-and-plate design, with very, very low pressure drop and high efficiency. You can find out specs on the Spearco website.
That leads to the only reason I bought a Spearco. I don't like buying stuff that I can't easily get exact specs on stuff. GReddy, HKS, FMax, NSport, ect. I couldn't get pressure drops and efficiencies on their intercoolers.
