Ok. So i reaplaced the incar wiring harness from the fuelpump all the way to the front of the car and around to the computer. My 89 is an automatic with out power options and i am using a 90' auto power everything harness. There is no power getting to the starter. Everything else is working.

What would cause the starter to not even try to turn or engage?
