Steve, did you not check out the s14 at Aalden brothers? I'm pretty sure you just need to drill out the spot welds and remove some bolts here and there to take it off.

There's a bare S14 at a junkyard right by my house.
It looked perfectly straight to me.
I don't think they'll charge too much for it.
