SR Car wont start, getting fuel, spark, & compression.

Okay guys im stumped, i have been working on my car all day now. Car is s13 sr20det blacktop in s14. I went over to a friends house to hook up an afc neo and z32 maf. My car still had the ka maf on it and we decided to put the sr maf off of my friends car onto mine. My friend went to cut the old maf harness and didnt know the igniton and battery were still on/connected. When he cut the harness the fuel pump primed for a second and then we realized what happened.

Disconnected batt, wired up the sr maf and tried to start the car. The motor just turns over. Every once in a while the motor will almost start, its like it will ranomly get a hit on 1 or 2 cyl. and then nothing. ECU led is lit, so im assuming its good. Couldnt find any bad fuses. The car is getting spark, fuel pump primes, you can smell unburnt fuel in exhuast and when we pulled the plugs. Car ran and started fine before this happened. We put the original maf back on still no fire.

Any tips, certain fuses to check that i might have missed, relays?
