Its just some video i gathered from friends but its not as close to the horses as you might think and the guy in the car owns the horses

The editing isn't bad.

But choosing the right footages for the video is part of editing, and just the fact that it's in there sort of gives people an idea what you guys think is cool/fun/funny/awesome/etc.

What I would suggest, footage choice aside, would be to lower the music slightly during the racing segments where most people would rather hear the engine noises and what not over Linkin Park.

Give him some credit. At least he took some effort to make a video. Its just random footage he had. Obviously the video wasnt made for content but to learn how to edit. He is looking for constructive criticism.

i agree with others,

change the music and cut the music or lower it really really low in the races. That shit is getting old and annoying. I can go out and buy a cd or download a song if i want to hear it, but i cant do the same with a specific car.

Thanks for the feed back. Its my first video and the night shot does suck. Ill get a better camera when the time comes. For now my little handy cam is good enough for me. As far as the footage being dated you still havent answer what is good video content?? This is what goes on here in Tenn. I like criticism as long as it has reason. For instance i know to turn the music down a bit, use different music, and get a better camera. The camera will have to wait but the other 2 i can do something about.

The video editing was ok. As far as being in TN, I'm in TN and there are plenty of drift events in Memphis and Nashville which are an hour and a half away from you. You make it sound like all of TN is nothing but country bumpkins and have nothing to do but highway runs with Mustangs and chasing horses with STI's.

Nashville is a lot more than an hour and half away. I do not see anything wrong with hwy runs. But we have been talking to the local scca to get events here. I hope we do it would be awesome.

night shots in the car werent too bad. some ppl dont get it so much..

i would like to see some better camera holding. looking at a shaky camera or a race then the dude cant hold the camera on the two cars or something. kinda blows

set it on the door or something more sturdy then someones arms.

I thought it wasn't bad at all, I'd rather watch that than a fair amount of other vid's on youtube because this had multiple clips of different things, not just the same thing 12 times in a row, it was mixed up which I liked.

I didn't video any of this. But ive talked to my friends about holding it better. My friend Kevin taped most of this his come back was its kinda hard to hold your hand up in a car that accelerates that fast. I hope to get some better footage this weekend but honestly it will be more hwy pulls and antics that accomplish nothing. Just some people having fun in their cars. I also got a cruise cam camera mount so i might try that out.
