So i just got my s15 hlsd with shafts. The LSD looks right but im kinda suspicious.

Both my shafts are the same length.

The shaft depth on the lsd is the same on both sides.

I thought one shaft was longer than the other?

here is some pics of what i got.

They are 30 count and are about 6.25 inch tall.

So am i missing the short one or long one?

Just measured mine. One is about 6.25", the other is slightly less than 6"
