clutch doesnt grab where it useto

ok so i just changed out tranny,clutch and flywheel. Would changing the stuff change where my pedal useto grab it felt higher before not it feels a little lower and softer. so does it effect and i'll have to readjust it or do i need to just wait and let everything break in?

Oh Lord, you need to adjust the pedal for the full length both top and bottom of the freeplay. Search my post. I swear we talk about this at least once a month.

Bleed everything correctly. Then adjust freeplay at the top and bottom to taste, making sure that the clutch is completely disengaged at the bottom and fully engaged at the top.

As the clutch wears in you will have to periodically adjust the pedal again to get the travel and engagement points you want.

Oh, and throw out your clutch damper.
