i need a tuned ecu for s13 Sr20det Blacktop...willing to trade for an apexi power fc (cash on your end)...dont have money to get it tuned....thanks

wait and save your money for a good tune with the PFC, you will not regret it.

I agree. You should get your power fc tuned. But, if you decide not to, I have a Mines Rom Tuned ECU that is retuned to your specs. I can let it go for $200. Code 62. PM me.
