oil on the exhaust side...

Ok....so here is the problem. The car runs fine as usual however, when I reach full boost, I smell the burn of oil. So I decided to check the engine bay and there was a massive oil splatter around the exhaust manifold and there was some oil around the oil pump and oil pan. Obviously, oil is leaking from somewhere.....any suggestions?

Nope, I have not check the lines yet. I just cleaned the engine bay and took it for a little spin around the block to investigate where the oil is coming from...and here is the evidence....

Apparently, the oil is splattering upwards at a pretty strong force. I want to assume the leak is coming from the oil return line to the turbo, or possibly from the oil dip stick??? Is that even possible? Well, I am going to disassemble the exhaust side and try to figure out the problem tomorrow when I wake up. I really hope the problem is the line...if not then I can't think of anything else other than the valve cover.

From the picture it looks like the oil is coming from the dipstick, but check your oil line from the block to turbo. I've never seen oil come out the dipstick like that before...

If I were you I would make sure it's not coming from the dipstick before you go and pull off the turbo and stuff. Degrease the engine bay and top the oil off then run the car hard for a second and then pull over pop the hood and check the dip stick. If it's popping up on it's own you either have a problem with your PCV valve or you have blow rings/ring lands and your getting excessive pressure in the crankcase.... Check compression

The dipstick is popped out... it's pretty obvious that it came from the dipstick.

I would listen to what Pete said though.

^^ yep, like I said.... if you look carefully the oil feed line from the block looks a little iffy... You should be able to see the leak with the hood up and and just rev the damn car.

Oil feed line.
Yeah,..... just look past the dipstick and the surrounding high velocity splatter to underneath the manifold where there are no huge drip patterns!. Genius

It's coming from the dipstick.
Do me a favor and see if there's any oil in the intake tube, I curious...

ok, i just now got underneath the car and found some platters on the tranny, the block, and the downpipe. There was a little bit of oil in the oil intake tube. I just installed an aftermarket oil catch can and it already collected some oil in it after running the car for about 10 min...I am about to re-do the exhaust side...i really don't feel like taking the engine out...
