catback rattle ???

does anyone have a problem with there stock cat back rattling ... its doesnt rattle all the time only some times .... what is the problem .... ?

If i were you i would take off the cat and check it out. I had the same problem and took off the heatsheild too see if that was the the noise but it wasnt. There was something loose in the cat rattling so i replaced it with one from random technology and that fixed it. Good luck

Yea. If you hit something recently, you probably smashed the honeycomb in the cat, or bent a heat shield so that it clanks with the piping.

its been doing it for a real long time .. so i dont know ... i will check it out ... my friend is gonna look at it ... he works at a muffler shop .... thanks guys
