Ok my dad was driving my car and on the interstate he's going and it starts shaking real bad and when he slows down below 40 it will stop....what could it possible be ???

bad tc rods or
need alignment or
unbalanced wheels.

Get an alignment first. then ask them to check for any goo leaking from your tc rods. plus have em rebalance your wheels.

Get the wheels balanced first. It's free at most tire shops. Then move on to alignment and inspection of tc rods.
