s13 91 240 Brake Vacuum hose problem

Since it's been snowing and my 91 240 has been taking some rough bumps my brake vacuum hose has been popping off constantly. I got a clamp on there but it's not holding. Not the one on the brake booster but the one on the firewall that connects on the T in the middle (passenger side) not driver though. Should I buy a new vacuum hose? Or try to get a factory clamp? I have a screw down one (ladder type) on there now since the factory one holding it together stopped working. The t fitting looks like it's in good shape. So the only thing I can think of is the vacuum line. The clamp has been tightened down all the way. I have a 300zx brake swap(front and rear) with the 300zx master cylinder but factory brake booster so I don't think it's because of excess vacuum pressure. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
