Ok did a search no one said anything about the code 45 but I figured something about it being maybe the O rings leaking? But then why would that throw a code? Anyways I also found some steps to replacing the O rings:
To change seals:
1- Remove STB if u have one
2- Unbolt that round thing from the top of the rail (vacuum lines running into and out of it.)
3- Unbolt rail
4- HOLDING BOTH SIDES of rail, pull STRAIGHT out slowly
5- DON'T DROP THE INJECTORS!
6- Pull out injectors, put in tupperware or something
7- Use some gasoline to remove gunge from injectors w/ rag
8- Clean inside injector boss w/ q-tip & gasoline
9- Check bosses for damage
10- Remove old o-rings and seals
11- Clean o-ring and seal seats
12- lube up injectors w/ vasoline
13- lube up bosses
14- place injectors into manifold
15- CAREFULLY place rail bosses over injector (tails?)
16- Line everything up nice nice
17- GENTLY push assembly together, if u feel resistance add more lube)
18- Rail should now sit right on manifold (bolt should NOT pull assembly together)
19- Wrench bolts back in after lubing them and torque to spec.

Anyone know if a leaking O ring would throw a code?

Yeah, you never want to reuse injector o-rings. Always buy new.

Well I was having a problem with my car shaking a lot after I got stuck in the mud when it was raining here not to long ago and when I went to power wash all the mud off the inside of the wheel I also did an engine wash. Next thing I know i start up my car and no check engine light. Is it a fluke? I guess its a mixed blessing, no more light, but does it still leak?
