What did you drive before your 240?

What did you guys drive before your 240? Or whatever your current DD is....

I drove a Pontiac =( ... Oh well...it was my first car from my dad. My 2nd car was an 1995 Eclipse GST. Pretty fun car to drive but a PITA to maintain, every other day you are replacing something on it =(

The only cars i've ever owned were 240's. After I sold one, my dad needed to 'borrow' the money. I drove his neon in return until I saved up to buy another 240. That neon was bS!!

I drove a Ford Aerostar for a few months before I got my 240. Then everytime I would wreck my 240 I would drive that damn van again. It was like a constant reminder to not wreck the 240.

Now my S13 is a track car, and I drive a BMW 325is as my daily... =)

  • 1949 Dodge Pickup (not road legal, sold to a guy who tried to restore it, not sure how that ended)
  • 1955 Chevy 210 (Street Rod project with my Dad. He sold it a few years to a guy who had a shop rebuild it from the ground up.)
  • 1985 Chevrolet S10 Blazer (My sister went through 3 engines before I got to drive it. SOLD)
  • 1978 Dodge Van (Bought it from my Uncle for 1 dollar. Traded it for my Golf)
  • 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 (Dad bought it new. He just traded it last month for a 2006 Ram)
  • 1991 VW Golf (Drove it into the ground. Never changed the oil in the 90,000 miles I had it. Traded it for my SC2.)
  • 2002 Saturn SL2 (My wife's first new car. SOLD)
  • 1996 Saturn SC2 (Riced and Wrecked)
  • 1986 Cadillac El Dorado (Drove it for a year and a half with the plate off my SC2 and no insurance. Sold it back to the guy I bought it from)
  • 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix (Given to us by my Wife's Grandmother during some financial hard times. Sold)
  • 1993 240sx Coupe (My ongoing project since 2002)
  • 2005 Chrysler Town & Country (Our family car)
  • 2003 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 (My daily driver)

Some of those were my wife's cars. Some of them were my Dad's. I drove each of them for a time though.
