i've never had too many issues with comcast. it's usually not the service, but the equipment craping out all the time.

i have time warner here in texas, who i think bought out comcast. they still are using some of comcast' old units in the neighborhoods. internet can barely take any upload before dying. KILL THEM ALL

I hate comcast too, but Verizion has got to have the worst customer service ever, I was supposed to get FIOS installed and the installer never came nor did they call saying theyre weren't going to come, in fact I didn't even get a call for a whole week from Verizion, finally call in with my service number they gave me when i first called and spent ..... 3 hours on the phone with customer support and got no where... literally no where...

My friend has comcast and doesn't have any problems, plus his internet is about 3x faster then mine.

I get alot more shit done with out cable...and Im healtheir too.

I steal my internet from the place cross the street. Love unlocked wifi. lol

I have ATT Uverse, its cheap as shit compared to Comcast and I dont have one single complaint to say about it. TV, home phone, and internet for under 100 bucks a month, and we get like 300 channels, so the same as Comcast digital cable, plus a way fuckin cooler DVR.
