My oil light is flickering. its been doing it for sum time now. I only goes on Sometimes. Usually the first 10 minutes of driving around it flickers when i gas it, or sumtimz when i turn left hard. my oil level is fine, and i havent installed an oil pressure gauge. anyone have any thoughts on why this is happening? when i floor it, its still fine. the light gets brighter, but thats about it. b.t.w, its on an sr motor. thanx for the help guys.

Get an oil pressure gauge. Now.
Your pump may be going bad, or sending unit, or any other combination of electronic things.. but better be safe than sorry. Get an oil pressure gauge.
