Power steering ON/OFF?
I just reinstalled my power steering after driving around after my swap without it. It took away ALOT of top end power but kinda gave me back a little low end, and the car is alot more nimble now. I mean alot. But it's harded to slid and sometimes too over reactive since Im used to driving without it. Someone said that toyotas had a switch which allowed you to turn the power steering on and off. I was curious if such a setup could be put on the 240. I know im probably in a pipe dream here but it would be cool. Thanks for your input.

ive yet to see it w/ a nissan myself, but i have seen it on toyotas and such. just be careful i think the lack of power steering can break your finger if you are counter steering (like when drifting) and if you use a spoked wheel and it smacks your pinky..bye bye for a bit hehe...
but i heard they do have switches. if i have time i can scan up an ad i saw for on in Drift Tengoku where they test it on a toyota (i forget which model) im sure you cna make something w/ the nissans im 1/2 talking out of my ass on this reply...er |
