i was on nico and i found this thread.

"Hey all...I've been reading these forums for a while now but I just bought a '92 fastback and I love it. The only thing I don't love it the fact that when I shift into reverse (auto trans) it plays what can only be described as ice cream truck music. It's embarassing as all hell, and I was wondering where someone MIGHT hook this up. It plays out of the rear speakers, and I've ripped the stock radio out and checked the majority of the harness and I can't find any splices or anything. ANY help would be appreciated!!!"

its probably not connected to your speakers , its probably something connected to a PA speaker behind one of the trim panels in the rear, take them out and see what you find

just follow the noise.. it should be, of course, connected to the reverse signal or a relay to the backup lights

Ah yes, nothing better than putting your car in reverse with the blissful sound of ice cream man music playing.

Think about it, all the kiddies running over to your car expecting a nice array of ice cream and candy to chose from, and then you fucking run them over into the ground plowing them to an early and painful death.
