IS THERE ANYONE HAVE THE APEXI REV/ SPEED METER?

cause i have a offer from my friend for $120. it is new, but is not this yrs model?? i think he means the last model.
does it worth, and anyone know what function does it have.

I have one, the newest one that looks like the S-AFC or VTEC-AFC's.

What do you need to know about it?

AND HE STILL HAVE THE S-AFC FOR SALE FOR $380 NEW.
