s13 Spring time has begun, got Q's

I have a 91 S13 FB, 205/60R15's, currently on stock springs (wheel gap is big enough to punch your fist in it w/o touching anything).

All i'm looking for are lowering springs that would reduce that gap without reducing ride quality (quite honestly, i dont care much for stiff performance if it jeopardizes daily driving).

After reading multiple reviews, i'm debating between Eibach Pro-kits (which seem to be considerably popular and reputable among 240s) or H&R springs to go with my Tokico Blue shocks. Which springs (Eibach, H&R, or others) would you suggest to best fit my needs?

How much I should lower the car: well i'm aiming at roughly 1.3" at the front, but after considering your suggestions, i might decide differently. According to this review, it is not safe to lower an S13 more than 3cm. Is this true?

Open to all input and thanks in advance.

I have heard that the Eibach prokits, really don't lower the car at all, i have even heard some people say that it raised it. But i have the sportlines and the drop was like 2.2 or so and i am happy with them, but that might be too much of a drop for you.

Whiteline has some really good springs, you might want to check them out.

I've got Eibach Pro-Kits and KYB AGXs on my 93 hatch. I did before and after measurements, from the top of the wheel rim to the fender, and it dropped 1.25" in front and 1.75" in back. It isn't a severe drop, but it's noticeably lower than before and looks just right, IMO. Feels nice, too. Tokico blues are stock replacement struts, right? If so, you probably wouldn't want to go much lower than the Pro-Kits would take you, or else the shocks won't last too long.
