Twin scroll HTA 3076R?

I was looking on FP's site and was interested in their HTA 3076R but I noticed they don't have a Divided turbine housing.. But they have the option on the 35R. Does anyone know if a shop or a vendor offers a divided hot side for the HTA 3076?

full race sells a 3076r that they say is a twinscroll, but I dont think it have a divided housing...im not entirely sure that a divided housing would even be worthwhile on a 3076...here:

Just go to ATPturbo.com and purchase the .78AR divided T3 housing. Forcedperformance just changes the compressor wheel and housing and doesn't touch the turbine side on their HTA turbos, so you can make your own twinscroll turbo.

Twinscroll = Divided housing.

How wouldn't a divided housing be worthwhile on a 3076? If you have a twin-scroll manifold, it would benefit greatly.

ugh just shut up

a company like full-race wouldnt say it was twin-scroll and not then sell it undivided.

all full-race twin-scroll manifolds/turbine housings are true twin-scroll

I understand that, but I don't see a section to buy just a turbine housing. I'm doing this on my blackberry so my phone may not be showing everything on the website.

chances are, they're not going to post "parts" on their website, I'm sure they'd much prefer you to buy the entire turbo, however, I"m pretty sure you could call them.

and uh, just to be clear.

you can go to full race, and get a twinscroll 3076 for about 400 cheaper.

Unless you're building for a 30+psi drag car their HTA impeller isn't really going to benefit you.

if you are, cool beans and gl.

if not stick with a ts3076, and don't forget the manifold.

You want the best of both worlds?

Buy the Borg Warner s200 7570. It's the same size as a gt30, twinscroll, and flows more air than the garrett. The compressor is properly sized for the housing, which is not the case in the gt30 series (even though it does work well -frankenstein theory-) portmatch the s200 turbine housing to a t4 twinscroll size, then profit. it is AMAZINGLY quick spooling, flows more air than either the HTA or the GTTS (58lb/m [BW] vs 57lb/m [HTA] vs 55lb/m [GTTS]), it is less expensive overall, and rebuildable.

I was under the impression that the hta wil spool quicker than a regular gt30. Ill check out the bw turbo though.

it will, but the point i'm trying to get across is that there are better options at FP's overinflated prices.

full race isn't the cheapest out there either, don't get me wrong, but you can have a PROVEN better system at a comparable price. People really need to grow a brain and understand that garrett is getting way behind the times as far as turbo power technology goes. They are doing innovative things to increase the lifespan of turbos, but like I said, the BW's are rebuildable, new journal, new seals, good to go. Garrett: new center section, new seals, (depending on how you blew it) back up and running.

I don't fault them, the people who taught turbo 101 to them swore by garrett and that's carried on to the new generation.

I'm not saying they're all BAD by any means either, they're still good products, but the 3076 is probably the worst product they make. if you go 35 or above, it would be a tough decision between the garrett and the BW.

So what would you recommend for a 35 sized BW turbo on a T4 flange?
