s14 Alarm Problems HELP Please

So recently I bought a 95 SE with a factory alarm. This morning went and unlocked the door with the key, alarm started going off, now this has happened before so I hopped in and hit the unlock switch on the driver side, which has stopped it before....This time that didn't work.

I've tried all I can think of, disconnected the hood and trunk sensors, pulled the relay out of the engine bay labeled anti-theft, tried re locking and unlocking the doors, with various sensors connected or disconnected. Only way I can get it to stop is by disconnecting the battery.... which when I reconnect it the alarm resumes, due to that rearming the alarm from what I understand?

I have a keyfob but it's in pretty bad shape and I'm not sure it works all that well, if at all. I know there is a reprogram procedure but I can't seem to find it and with the keyfob in bad shape not sure I could do it.

So could anyone help me out here? Either with a way to disable the alarm or reprogram it so I can stop it from going off.
