CS downpipe fitment issue??

So after a couple of weeks driving my S13, I start hearing this noise under load. A little time looking, and found that my CS downpipe is hitting the floorboard under load. Anyone else have this issue. Motor mounts were changed at the same time to Nismo mounts.

i think it's because the stiffer mounts raise the motor a bit.

you can get an extension welded into the downpipe. i guess.

I was thinking that since the crossmember motor mount holes are elongated, I could shift the left side of the engine down some. Anyone else had experience with the Circuit Sports downpipe?

hmmmm.. you know I think Im having the same issue. Especially when I'm making a hard right turn. I thought something was loose under my car. I'll have to look again but the description of your issue makes more sense. I have CS turbo back exhuast. I too have Nismo mounts that were done at the time of the exhaust install. If I find out anything interesting on how to fix the issue I'll let you know RPS1392. If you find a solution please let me know.

works good, custom solid motor mounts though. just so everyone knows the CS is a copy of the d-max downpipe.

Did anyone find a fix for this? I'm having a problem installing the CS downpipe on my car because it's hitting the bottom. I think that I'm going to try and get an extension welded on, but I don't know where I could

I'm interested in this too since I just purchased a used CS dp for my s14.

For those of you who have it on your car, what are some of the obvious upsides does the dp gives you? (besides the extra clearance of course) It is quite difficult to find info about this dp since not a lot of people have it.

Like any aftermarket dp for any turbocharged car it will help free up backpressure having your turbo spin easier.
