Heres what happened:
I bought a bumper from a guy for $75, paid by paypal. Add $50 shipping, and it's going to be shipped by USPS. Then, I get a refund on my account for $50, and a note saying that the bumper is getting shipped COD.
The very next morning, there is a Semi-Truck at my house, and they want $191.23 for overnight shipping charges, COD. Like any normal human being, I sent the bumper back, because I'm not paying 3x the cost of the bumper in shipping!
Now the guy won't refund the money until he gets the bumper back.
Finally, I told him that I'm not paying from an item that I don't have because of a shipping error that I didn't make and an overnight shipping charge when I didn't request overnight shipping. WHO THE HELL SHIPS A BUMPER OVERNIGHT??
Anyway.. I'm just venting.
Am I in the wrong here? What the hell is the matter with people? Why am I paying for someone else's stupidity?
