trans noise

i know trans noises have been covered elsewhere, but i have a new one.
i previously posted about a resonant noise in my car after doing a clutch and flywheel swap. the noise shows up on decel from 2500rpm down to 2000 rpm, and goes away when pushing the clutch in. after pulling the trans 4 times and changing everything from the t/o bearing to the driveshaft, including another tranny, i finally went took it to a tranny shop.
what they told me is........... the lighter flywheel coupled with the stiffer clutch is failing to dampen some of the vibration coming from the engine. what's actually rattling is some of the trans internals. they say that it's mechanically fine, and just annoying to listen to.
my question to you is............. have you ever heard of anything like this?
should i live with it, or just put the stock flywheel back in?
if anyone has any insight on this, please share as i don't want to keep pulling the tranny in the driveway.

I had a lightened flywheel and it would make the car sound raspier upon acceleration but not deccel, have you looked into replacing your trans mount?
