Eversince my turbo has been installed im noticing more oil seeping out of my valve cover. is this normal?is it a problem? or am i just dumb.

My best guess.. do you have your PCV (valvecover breather valve) plumbed into your intake piping? If so, you're pressurizing the valvecover, and forcing air through the gasket. If not.. replace the gasket anyway.
No it's not normal, and yes it is a problem.
