oil lines

I'm turboing my ka24de. I was wondering if anyone knows what size oil lines I should use. (what kind of lines would be best to use ) Also , does anyone know where to get the oil suppy from on this motor?

fmu for ka24det
what would be the best ratio fmu for the ka24det? I was thinking a 6:1. And because of the factorys 1:1fpr that would make the ratio 7:1 for every pound of boost(I think) Does anyone know if the sr20det fuel pressure regulator is rising rate?(_:1 or is it a 1:1)

most turbo guys I know run a line from the oil pressure switch bung to the turbo. I'd think a 1/8" earl's stainless line would be good, but i'll keep quiet until someone WITH a turbo chimes in.

yeah. sensor is a good descriptor. I call it a switch because it's basically a 1/0 thing it senses. A.) pressure is above 10psi, no signal to ECM. B.) pressure is below 10psi, send signal to ECM.

BTW, i consilidated your questions into one thread to make life easier for those willing & knowledge to answer your questions.

10:1 is supposed to be ideal for the KA24DET when using stock injectors. It doesn't add on to the stock FPR, so it wouldn't be 11:1 as you described.

The SR and KA FPRs are both 1:1 regulators.

This setup for a t3/t04....#4 (3/8"?) s.s. with teflon center, t setup for teeing off the oil sending unit (pressure sensor). Return is a #6.
