hey guys, my car is giving me some problems. every time im comin to a stop it seems like the idle gets stuck at 1600 rpm. the rpms will go down to like 1300 after a while but ya. does anyone know a solution? would an exhaust leak cause it? please help

your throttle cable could be getting stuck our the butterfly and your manifold could be getting stuck

can be lots of things. the best way to get an answer is to provide as much information as u know about the car so we can best answer the question. For example what have u tried? What mods are on the car? Engine? Driving conditions piror and after?
What i would do is look for any vaccum hoses that have been ripped, cracked or broken(Check for vac leaks & boost leaks).
Check timing(From this see if there is a misfire). Adjust timing if neccasary
What ur car is doing is that when it is idleing the ECU sends information to richen the car up to compensate for more air coming in. Find out why the car is running lean.

thanks for the help. i think that my turbo manifold might have a crack in it. well my car has 256 cams, enthalpy tuned ecu, 300z maf, 550cc injectors, megan manifod, garrett gt28rs turbo. i have looked for vacumm leaks before but never found anything. im gona tyr again. hope i can find the problem.
