Need Help with Intercooler Piping

Ok guys this may be a noob question i'm not sure but i have a 1990 s13 240sx with a s15 sr20det and I ordered a cxracing intercooler piping kit for the swap and all the piping and intercooler fits fine but they put the bov flange on the hot pipe, which is fine but they also put a big tube on the cold side for a recirculation type bov???

If the bov flange is on the hot pipe then the tube on the cold pipe can't be for a bov right??? I thought they just wanted me to run a hose from the cold pipe to the intake and put a bov on the hot pipe by itself but I always thought that your suspose to route the hose from the bov to the intake? Here is a link of the kit i bought so you can see what I am talking bout. INTERCOOLER PIPING KIT +BOV 240SX S14 S15 SR20DET 95-99 | eBay

Please help guys i've been mind f*** I need to make it to the track soon!!!

I believe the pipe on the cold side is for the stock bov. That or for the iacv

Than 100% sure it's for the stock bov . The stock side mount would have the stock bov next to it, but scince this is a front mount kit than that's why it's positioned on the cold side. So just plug it or weld it shut

Ok thanks man I guess i'll just plug it, but I have one more question if I was to put a hose on that big tube and route it to the intake and the leave the bov on the hot pipe by itself would that be the same as recirculating it?

Recirculating BOV's route from the BOV to the intake pipe (after the MAF, but before the turbo).
If this is coming from the pipe after the intercooler than I do not think it is BOV related. AFAIK the IACV pipe should be the only thing after the intercooler.
So yes it should be safe to plug.

The tube on the Cold pipe is for the stock location BOV on the S14/S15. Hose goes from it to under the fusebox. Then across the front of the motor in the plastic pipe to the intake.
The one on the hotpipe is for an aftermarket BOV.

Pick one plug the other.

Yeah I have an old SSAutochrome (I think) FMIC kit, which took a bit of custom work to get it to fit, but ended up working out well.
