Plug Vacum line while installing cold pipe?

I have a S14 with the SR20. I am instaling a Cusco cold pipe and what to know if I should block this line off or get the tap set out???

That line looks like it runs to your Wastegate (WG). It definitely needs a boost source. Either break out the tap set or install a quick tap fitting such as the one FRsport sells in the coupler coming off of the turbo to the hot pipe.

that is the vacuum line to your wastegate actuator. definitely don't block it off
