SR Serious SR issues(long)

My SR will die on cold start if i do not play with the gas till the rpm stabalize at 1400 rpm. When i came to a stop from any speed the car would almost stall out. I have had a slight missfire for about 4 months but the last month and a half have gotten much worse(ex:missfires in gear sometimes and Engine shakes violently). So far i have regapped spark plugs .028, changed coil packs(slightly helped missfire but got worse soon after i installed these), cleaned AFM, cleaned aac valve(rpm no longer falls off when coming to a stop), engine oil changed with full synthetic or synthetic blend 2500 miles.

I took to have engine diagnostic run but they couldnt get a signal from my o2 sensor which was brand new the beginning of this year. When i unplug my o2 sensor and drive it doesnt drive much different. Does that mean it needs replacing? I have checked for vacuum leaks but found none, my BOV seems to be working the same so i dont think nothin is wrong with that. Timing chain needs to be replaced but that couldnt be the root of my problems could it? I tried to run self diagnostic with ECU and came up with code 55(55 - Other Malfunction. CONSULT Terminal Required ). If you need more information to better help me just ask ill see what i can do.
