Clutch going bad?

So i am just finishing up my swap and am now working out the few bugs it had/has. I am now having a clutch issue. I Bled the system pretty well, untill there were no more bubbles in the bleed tube. My problem is that when i push the clutch in it feels great but when i go to take off or after shifting gears, when letting the clutch out it doesnt engauge untill the peddle is almost all the way out. The engine has about 42xxx miles so im wondering if i need a new clutch? or if i didnt bleed the system properly or what. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
