SR Red top o2 sensor question help

Ok have a few questions about the red top sr20det o2sensor. Ok i have hear that the 1987 300zx o2sensor is the oem replacement for the redtop sr20det, is this right? also is it a direct fit or is there splicing that needs to be done?? also how many wires come from the o2sensor, 2 or 3?? The last thing is, is the conector for the o2 sensor where is it located? and where is it located on the 63 red top ecu. please help need this info asap. having issues thanks, for the help.

All Red top SR's Use skinny's

You dont NEED the O2 to drive it although it will help with idle and little bit of gas mileage

look around the back of the head comming off around the Inj wire harness it will be a grayish oval plug with three wires

it all depend on who wired up your harness but it should be fairly long since it has to go around the head

I cant remember but theres a certian plug on the KA harness you can use thats the same plug. Cant remember though.

But any wire thats the same size or bigger will be fine to extend it with
