Exclamation Transmission help

Mods:
Nismo slave cylinder
Nismo pivot
Brand new OEM fork
Brand new OEM master cylinder
Stainless steel clutch line
ACT 6 puck clutch with pressure plate
Brand new throw out bearing and pilot bearing
AMSOIL fluid (now OEM fluid)

The problem:
It worked fine for the first couple of weeks. Then a problem developed and progressively got worse. When it's cold, it starts engaging as soon as I let the pedal off the floor. Sometimes it won't even go into gear. Once it gets hot, the engagement point is at the end of the pedal travel and the clutch slips if I give it a little bit of throttle.

I can't figure out what's wrong. The Nissan dealership can't figure out what's wrong. The line has been bled at least 30 times. I need help.

I did replace the master cylinder. Nissan took the dampner out and it didn't help.
