TEIN FLEX coilovers queation

Whats wrong with this?
My front right coilover makes a loud clanking noise every time i hit a bump and it wont let me change the damper setting...? They were professionally installed i dont know whats wrong. any help is greatly appreciated.

a) check the install job
check the botl that holds the camber plate and the shock on!! TRUST ME! it will get loose! mine did and i know of 2 others with other company coilovers that did too

it is visiable from engine bay
open hood
look at camber plates
the big bolt right in middle
check the torque

b) email/call tein usa for advice!

Is this something that will be damaged if i continue to drive on it? Is this something i can fix or should i take it back to where it was worked on? Thanks dousan
