sr20det electrical problem....interior stuff

Ok, heres the story. I put a 1994 blacktop into a 1989 240sx coupe. It runs fine...for the most part more on that in another post....but! The interior is screwed up. The turn signals go crazy when I turn them on, the reverse lights dont work, my stereo doesnt turn on, lights come on and off at will. What the heck? Anyone have any clues?

Thanks
Dan

Best guess? You screwed up on the wiring. Double-triple-check it. I don't care if you *think* it's right, check it again. And then check it again.

if you're still having issues then it might be a bad ground somewhere or something.

Good luck

it was a bad ground. actually I had the battery ground and another smaller ground both on the engine. I moved the smaller one to the body and it runs fine. But now when I turn the key off and take the key out the oil and brake light don't shut off. So I remove the ground from the body and reconnect it, and its off. I start it again and the same thing lights stay on. Where do you figure the problem is?
