does the car smoke really bad now? possible blow rings, or maybe the valve seals?

lol. most likely it is... You can also pop the valve cover to inspect valvetrain.

BTW: what engine is this?

When you say you heard a pop, was it from the exhaust, engine, intake or other location? Check the plugs again and see if #2 cylinder has a wet sparkplug. Let us know what you find to further diagnose this.

the pop was from the exhaust and it's a fully built sr20det and it didn't blow flames lol

and when it popped it shot a cloud of black smoke i was thinking it could be and injector

A few more things to consider.

Check the plugs again. Inspect the pressure side of piping for leaks or couplers blown off. Pop the valve cover and check the rockers for alignment (do you have rocker arm stoppers installed). Inspect springs for a broken coil. Inspect the turbo for blown oil seal and shaft play or broken/busted wheel(s).
